God I hate Bob Arum so much I cant even put it into words that wont get me banned. Im so let down by Pac as well. This is all we are gonna get. Easy cherry picked fights until he wants to call it a day. Once he knocks out fat JMM (who is possibly my favorite active fighter), then he can knock out Zab Judah. Then maybe he will rematch Cotto and beat him again, or fight Chavez Jr if he somehow beats Cotto. Then, just maybe, he can fight Chavez Sr in sort of a revenge match. Yeah, I can see it now. How awesome would that look on Pac's resume? Beating the great JCC.

i think this fight right now is a mismatch...but what makes it as such is the fact that pac has proved he can fight at a higher weight effectively while jmm did not. in short pac fights bigger than his size while jmm can not. it has nothing to do with size because pac doesn't really outweigh jmm that much...5 lbs the most. it's not comparable to when jmm fought floyd where he was outweighed by more than 10 lbs, not to mention floyd did not really try to make the agreed 144 catchweight.

I think calling this a mismatch is the understatement of the year. This is going to be a quick, and painful night for Juan and all of his fans (myself included.) He will stand and counter, but he wont have the speed or reflexes, or even the power he had when they fought before. He is going to be a hair too slow to be able to get away with what he could before and is going to look like he is fighting under water like when he fought Floyd. If Kat and Diaz had no trouble finding Juan, Pac will steamroll him FAST.

So didn't you know that Marquez wanted this fight so badly?

Sure I do. He chased Pac all over the world begging for a 3rd fight. But at this point, its all pride for him. He thinks he can win, but sometimes a fighter cant see reality for what it is. Im sure Erik Morales would love to fight Pac again. Im sure he would take the fight at the drop of a hat. Doesnt mean he would survive more then a couple rounds.

I'm pretty sure Todd Duboef gave Marquez and his translator too many drinks. Then, he slipped the real contract with an edited copy that said $50K instead of $50Mill and he'll be tested for urine doping once a week.

Ugh how is a guy who took him to hell and back a cherry picked fight? And if you don't like who he's fighting tell your boy to comeback from vacation.

You do realize that Marquez is the only fighter in the last 7 or 8 years who fought pac on even terms more consistantly then any other fighter out there?

I bet you tell your friends that after the first two fights there was no reason for a 3rd ALI vs Frasier match up. Do you go around telling people that the Thrilla in Manilla was pointless?

So why are you blaming everyone except Marquez? If as you say Marquez have been chasing Pac all over the world, why do you think the interest is not mutual?
