no he did not....again im expmting floyd right straight counter...but nothing else that was really meaningful counters againts castillo....vs corrales , again it was all right hands...his left hooks were all leads, not counters.....man, ward's left counters were landing clearly, floyd's left counters were not ( atleast not as much as ward did)....im stricly talking about counters now...

Floyd is not anywhere near as good on the inside whereas Ward can fight on the inside and the outside to a high level, that makes him a more complete fighter.

Mayweather is the more complete fighter. He never has to spoil to get the W.

Ward isn't spoiling, he's fighting on the inside. As I said, he can do both to a high level, there isn't another boxer (to my knowledge) in the game who is more complete in that respect.

he's a very talented guy but he does things that he shouldn't have to do considering all the talent he has.

                1. underhook his opponent while pushing his head into their face.
                2. tying up their arms if he can't place his head on their face.
                3. holding to position his opponents head for punches.

I would say that Ward is in the conversation with Marquez Brothers and Nonito Donaire as the most complete fighters out there right now.

I wouldn't put PBF in the conversation with them for one reason. He isn't as offensive as they are. He is a good boxer with excellent speed and counter punching but I believe they are much more complete and well rounded.

It isn't a knock against PBF either I just think his talent lets him get away with a little more than the others on that list.

Its like RJJ or James Toney. RJJ beat James Toney but most would agree that in terms of skill NOT talent James Toney was a much more skilled fighter.

I would even through Cotto in the tier below those mentioned above. I truly believe he has a lot of skill that allowed him to maximize his talent.

he's lacking in knockout power but otherwise he's a very complete fighter.

very possibly the sport's most complete package right now.
