Thats ridiculous. If Martinez wants to cherry pick a smaller fighter, because of the money, them he should go down to 150 wich is what is required, if not MArtinez and all of the idiots claming Pacquiao have to fight him need to STFU.

Why Martinez doent called out Bute or Kessler? Why he dont want none of the young guys from his division???
I'm not sure how closely you follow boxing, but Pac claims to have won a world title at 154 (actually it was a fight at a catchweight below 154, but I am just telling you what he claims). So when Martinez claims to be a world champion at 168, or to have won a belt at 168, then your analogy will make logical sense. Right now it just makes you seem uninformed.

Try reading up on Pac's fight against Margarito and his claims to have won a title at 154 (that's the light middleweight division, same division he would be fighting Sergio Martinez).

Actually he doesn't need to go to 150, the division limit is 154 pounds ... so if Pacquiao is able to win a LMW title, and he actually believes that it's legitimate, then why not Martinez at 154 pounds.

I agree, the weight makes this fight a joke, just like Cotto, Hoya, Margarito.

They were just exhibition match's, and should not be taken too seriously.

But what I don't get, is this.....
" You can says it's unfair, but..... Pac says why not ".

Pac has been saying " why not " since Marquez.

When considering Manny's recent resume, and listening to the preposterous ATG assertions by some of Pacquiao's fans - you included - there are a whole lot of reasons "why not".

" why not "..... is the carefree dropping of standards, which is becoming all too common with Manny's recent resume'.

Hey Manny, shall we go up a division and fight a c-grade fighter, ignore all of the better competition, and then move on? Yep, why not.

Hey Manny, shall we fight an opponent who is seriously disadvantaged? Yep, why not.

Hey Manny, shall we demand a catchweight from this guy. Yep, why not.

Hey Manny, this guy is a bum and he lost his last fight, do you want him? Yep, why not.

Hey Manny, shall we go up to JMW and steal a vacant JMW title by fighting a shot WW bum? Yep, why not.

Hey Manny, this guy is old as *** and looked awful in his two fights, shall we take him? Yep, why not.

Sorry dude, I am sick and tired of hearing " why not " from Manny.

                I tell you what.....
Manny - if you think that you are a genuine JMW champ, then WHY NOT fight a genuine JMW opponent. Huh, why not?

You typed too long. I lack attention span on something I know is full of bull. Hell..why not try to explain why I don't agree with Pac vs Marquez.

                  Pac vs Oscar:
ok dehydrated Oscar I agree, but no so much for the haters back then when Pac was finally a one time underdog.

                  Pac vs Hatton:
Hatton is still undefeated in that level. But we all know Pac was just too talented for the hyperbrawler Hatton.

                  Pac vs Cotto:
Cotto had only 2 pounds to lose. No big deal. Still more of a challenge compared to other competition out there.

                  Pac vs Clottey:
Clottey just got too scared. When he threw punches, Pac's head snapped back. Too bad he pussied like Bitter Shane.

                  Pac vs Margarito:
Don't matter how ****ed up Margarito has been. If you throw about 1000 punches, and your a big motha****er with power, you're bound to hurt somebody. But we all know Margarito was 1 dimensional.

                  Pac vs Mosley:
                  Mosley sucks!

                  Pac vs Marquez III:
too much for Marquez to go up 2 weights above level, while Pac has always been comfortable around 144. Too much a disadvantage for the Dynamita no matter what, just because Pac has gotten stronger. And the only thing going for JMM is his counter-punching accuracy. I love his brilliant uppercuts.

                  Pac vs Tim Bradley:
Tailor-made for Pac. Bradley has limited defense.

                  Pac vs Victory Ortiz:
Again, tailor-made for Pac. A more talented David Diaz -->a heavier version of Juan Diaz.

                  Pac vs Andre Berto:
Slow footed against Pac. Not much offense. Easy prey for Pac

                  Pac vs Khan:
Khan has no chin --> means danger during exchanges. Expect KDs, and final TKO

                  Pac vs Martinez:
A heavier & harder version of Jorge Arce. Good Fight. Coin toss, but Pac is more technically sound and has more speed. Pac by points.

If sergio is the "same size" as margarito he can come down to 150 and be just fine. If he can't, then they're not the same size. Pac had zero business at 150 and it showed. Only morons would ask a guy his size to fight at 154, that's beyond ******.
                    brilliant synopsis and excellent point.

LOL! Team Pac's "Why not" opponent choices is what gave Pacquiao his ATG status and ROYALTIES. All these "Why not" matches put Pacquiao at the very top of Boxing, He is both the p4p king and the biggest draw in boxing.

You're just a hater who likes to discredit Pac's wins, believe it or not there are also some who discredits Michael Jordan's legacy. But when all is said and done, just like MJ, Pac will go down in history as an ATG, and the absolute best of his era.
