Didnt Holyfield fail a test prior to Mike asking?
No, he didn't. He never failed a test though, years later, he was busted in an HGH ring on two separate occasions.

Why refuse tests if you're clean??

this issue has become moot. pacquiao had agreed to take the test even after the sixth round and said, "i want to know if that is really the reason."

ball has been on floyd's court a long time ago now. there's only one way to find out if he is bluffing or not. a simple phone call would do it.

but keep on recycling the same thing and pretend it is still an issue.

I agree if clean why refuse but asking for the tests comes first. My question is why did Floyd demand the tests?

What was Tysons reasoning for asking for Holyfield to test?

Why add tests the commission doesnt have?

Why ask for 100 million dollars?

Why make a new excuse every time the old ones are met?

              Why do any of that?

Cause Floyd wants this fight like Shane wanted to exchange after round 3.

              That is..not at all.

He suspected him. That's all. No other reason. And guess what?

                He was right.

Pac has not agreed in any official way whats so ever , just good ol propaganda and whishy wash statements , when the FACTS are the only REAL negotiation was the first and its a FACT Pac ducked the fight at that time with only one issue not agreed to , the PEDS test , tey tried to force Floyd out of it but he agreed to everything Pac did not want to be tested thats why the fight has not happened .

Floyd has never been in a troublesome negotiation for ANY fight except this one with Manny , now on the other hand Manny has always had problems signing a fight going right back to Morales , they know how to contact Floyd on an official level , they dont because they dont want to fight they know its the end of milking Manny if they step in with Floyd .

Was this request after Holyfield busted his ass in the first fight or before that?
