Roach, Pac, and Top Prank all know that with RANDOM tests they cant take any chances.....so they want regular testing....

just doesnt make sense why you would agree to regular testing but not RANDOM

if the test the commission isn't sufficient, then its their fault. not the fighters who abide by those rules.
