Mosley deserves respect not bashing.

First, don't go ****phobic on me with your reply.
Second, I said "Bernard is no where near his best days... like Mosley."
It means Mosley was also no where near his best days, but yet Bernard came to fight, not so for Mosley.
Reading comprehension fail on your part...Comment

I can't believe some of these peoples responses. Somehow their hatred for Pacquiao makes them want to praise Mosley for not fighting. Seriously?
Is Glenn Johnson going to do this when he takes on the prime Froch? Did Morales do this when he was totally overmatched against Maidana? What about when Duran beat Barkley?
This is what makes boxing an amazing sport. That a man can sometimes will their way to victory with guts and courage. And you never know when that's going to happen, but there's always a chance. (Just look at all the upsets we've had recently.)
Instead we are supposed to give credit to someone for not trying? So when a team totally overpays for a veteran football or basketball player we should respect the player for not trying because the owner was ****** for paying him that much?
Are you guys really boxing fans or just Pacquiao haters?Comment

Coming onto saturday's fight,we all knew Mosley was shot, old & couldn't pull the trigger. He was thoroughly outclassed by Floyd, drawed with a reality tv star & aged a year.
Most people also thought that he would suffer his 1st ko loss.Well for being old & shot,he managed to survive 12 rounds against arguably boxing's best active fighter.Clearly no small feat for a shot 40 year old.He deserves some respect for that.He put up some kinda boxing something or other that actually frustrated Pacman.
I just can't find it inside me to blame Mosley for his performance. He wasn't gonna win & we all thought he'd get stopped. He didn't get stopped & he managed to frustrate arguably boxing's best fighter. That's some brave ****,Mosley I commend U.Comment

Why anyone thinks Berto beats Shane, even at this point, is beyond me. Dude looked like **** against Ortiz.Comment

Mosley fought like a coward. I will always hold what Cotto did vs Pac in the late rounds against him cuz he did some bull**** and ran but he atleast he really tried the first half of the fight, took some punishment in return. Shane barley got touched compared to what happened to Cotto and imo he didn't try to do **** at all, in any of the rounds. I've aways been a fan of Shane but that was disgusting. U don't do that man.Last edited by King Ju-Ju; 05-12-2011, 02:33 PM.Comment
