    Mosley deserves respect not bashing.

Coming onto saturday's fight,we all knew Mosley was shot, old & couldn't pull the trigger. He was thoroughly outclassed by Floyd, drawed with a reality tv star & aged a year.

Most people also thought that he would suffer his 1st ko loss.Well for being old & shot,he managed to survive 12 rounds against arguably boxing's best active fighter.Clearly no small feat for a shot 40 year old.He deserves some respect for that.He put up some kinda boxing something or other that actually frustrated Pacman.

I just can't find it inside me to blame Mosley for his performance. He wasn't gonna win & we all thought he'd get stopped. He didn't get stopped & he managed to frustrate arguably boxing's best fighter. That's some brave ****,Mosley I commend U.

Sorry man, I always respect your opinions but I just can't agree with you here. I will NEVER commend a fighter who made absolutely no effort to win. Do you commend Clottey for his effort against Pac?

I knew he was shot, but I cannot be okay with making no effort to win. I never thought I'd see Shane Mosley show up for the paycheck.

People are so upset at Mosley they forgot who actually gave him the fight. Manny and bob is to blame for it. Not Mosley. They knew it was a bull**** fight from the beginning. Had this been OCT or NOV of 09 then that's a different story. You know when he should have fought Shane.

            Boxing fans knew this.

And somehow I'm highly doubting most of the people that bought this fight(Or any fight for this matter) knew the same thing. I can't respect that performance when people not in tune with what's going on in boxing spent hard earned money on that crap.

You have to earn respect and up until May 7th he had it with me.

I'm always going to be on the fans side.
What Mosley pulled in the Pacquaio fight was unacceptable.
He stole money from the fans and that gets you no respect in my book.

He should retire now that he got two good paydays with the Mayweather and pacquaio fights.

Go spend some money on that fine ass girlfriend of his.

This is what I'm saying without the bluntness.I just can't blame Mosley for his performance.Shane was not going to win.He shouldn't have even been in the ring in a pro fight to begin with.Slurring speech, obviously diminished skill.I just have to commend him for walking into the ring upright & leaving the ring upright.Especially considering that he was in there with arguably boxing's best fighter.

I aint the one in there getting smacked, so I always respect any fighter. That said, I would feel I had a right to be pissed if I had shelled out for a ticket or paid for the PPV.

Shane's point was that he didnt attack more because he was worried about getting knocked out. My two pence worth, but if he feels that way then he needs to think about another career.
