Why turn down the fight though? Wolak seems gritty, tough, talented, yeah but I think Williams would find a way to own him. Bradley isn't coming off a KO loss either and may just be waiting for his contract to expire before making a move....if it turns out he is ducking Khan, then I'm ashamed of him.

Williams needs a fight and he needs it soon...regardless of the opponent. Wolak or some other guy...you can shelve a boxer for too long especially when a friendly "tune up" fight is in order just to get them back into the swing of things. I personally feel he would be able to beat Wolak right now so I see no need to turn down the fight.

Who was Martinez before he got the chance to fight Cintron or Williams? Who was Maidana before he destroyed Ortiz. Konecny fights out of the Czech Republic and doesn't have a TV Network or Promoter with the influence of a Haymon or HBO as is the case with guys from countries like Argentina or Czech Republic.

The difference is Martinez won his title shot and also happened to destroy Dzinziruk. I would say that emphatically separates the level of the two fighters right now.

Kirkland can't even get past Ishida, Konecny would steal his soul. Pointing out that Haymon and HBO are very careful with their matchmaking of them is just reality, not bias.

So my Williams comment was in reply to Ceilings, the other two were new statements. The possibility never even occured to me that someone like yourself could incorrectly interpret my comments and think i was saying Williams hasn't shown a willingness to fight top guys given his resume.

Keep being as phaggy as you like though, Joseph.

I haven't been on here much. That fight is happening!? Would love to see that.

Zavec is Champ and a fight in Slovenia would have a whooole lot more fans and bring in more money than a fight in some ballroom in a US Casino. If Berto was smart he'd go to the Balkans to have it.

This contradiction is not only comical but demonstrates how ****** you look right now. That's cool though. I don't mind exposing how much of a buffoon you really are.

Yup they are trying to get it done for July or August but in the US though. Would be nice if Berto went there though.

The question is did P-Will turn down Wolak because he wants to fight a lesser fighter or because he wants to fight a bigger name fighter?

If P-Will wants a tune-up or an easy fight. Then by all means he deserves and should get one. However, it shouldn't be on HBO B.A.D or HBO WCB series. You can't compare this to Cotto-Jennings because that fight wasn't on either of those series. It's comparing apples to oranges. 2 different situations.

If P-Will wants that HBO money then he better step up to the plate. if he wants a tune up then don't have it on HBO is that simple.

Lucas Koncency is a damn good solid fighter. However, he's not the most fear man. C'mon lets not be ridiculous. He has had his shot and he has lost TWICE. Although one was very close. But, fact is that he got an "L" against the 2 best opponents he has faced. But, he's a damn solid fighter that can give any JMW not named Martinez trouble.
