Shane really fooled the public. He told them he was gonna go for the KO and not take a backward step in the process.

Most thought he'd lose, but everyone thought it would be a war while it lasted.

Sad, Shane just come to survive and collect a paycheck.

The fight was ****, but the high buy rate makes it easier for Boxing to return to the networks since CBS will want to further the relationship with Top Rank, especially once Pac's profile gets even higher with the HP and other endorsements coming his way (he's doing photoshoots for the HP campaign this week before going back home for the groundbreaking of the Hospital he's building).

I just hope they use the opportunity to promote Boxing as a whole, not just Manny.

HBO and GBP are mad cuz they didn't even do 50k PPVs last time lmao. How Pathetic.

And Ross Greenberg looks like a ****ing moron right now who should be fired.
You're the type of boxing fan everyone dislikes.. So caught up with pac's balls in your mouth you even become a top rank cheerleader...

If the fight sold 1.2 million.. That's 1.2 million that want there money back... The fight was a failure.. Horrible fight that bob made for the "casual" fans only for them to forget about ordering another ppv...

As for fans like you, you'd buy a ppv of manny taking a **** if they made one

Yeah, he sold the fight and then did a Clottey. Pretty shameful.

Just because it went over a milli doesnt mean its a good thing. Good for Bob Arum pockets...I dont know how it is good for boxing...especially since it will encourge Bob to keep up with the same old bs.

If its not over 1.4 million its a fail considering it had CBS backing it with gullible non boxing fans that might have "bought" into the "entertainment" that Bob Arum produced.

Remember its about entertainment and not the best fighting the best. Reminds me of WWF/WWE like Mayweather did a few years back.

Pacs at the status where he will sell at least 1 million alone so again if its only 1.2 million, Mayweather proves he IS still the PPV king and cash cow as he did 1.4 million. Sells more and fights less. How does that work? Haters pay the bills.

Explain how CBS will want to "further" the relationship with the way the fight turned out on Saturday.. It was embarrasing, and most importantly highway robbery for people that bought that ppv...

All say Monday espn tv analyst ripped the fight, one guy saying this push boxing back..casual fans curious about boxing having bought that ppv will not buy another one!
