    Right?

These same Mayweather fans are the same ones calling this fight a fraud.

    Talk about irony.

Atleast, now we get to see Pacquiao-Marquez weren't people clamoring for this instead of Pacquiao-Mosley.

    • 140 is best. but jmm whines for it and his team believes he can beat pac at any weight. i wouldnt have any problems w/ 143-145, jmm can come in 140 if he wants to. who knows, pac might come in light, he doesnt need the bulk, he's not fighting a bigger guy now, he needs more speed.

meanwhile, the pac at 135 is long gone now, so the poster who's asking for this at 135 is ******. you got posters asking pac to come down to 135 and at the same time go up to 154. ****in ****** posters.

i'd like bradley or ortiz better though.

And as the fight as now 100% legit, his legacy has literaly gone through the roof in my book!

        My word.
Wow...this has to be the biggest win since Tarver-Jones...and he did it coming off a layoff. Im in awe. LMAO

Can't compare Floyd style to Pac's because Floyd can match any style, so JMM was not a factor and on top of that Floyd was too technically sound and strong. Floyd didn't even use his weight or pressure Marquez but his skill. Manny is Marquez's size. I'm not making no excuses for JMM regarding this fight because I believe in him as a fighter. People talk like Manny would knock Marquez out but he had plenty of chances to do it and Marquez chin has been tested and he gets up and keeps going.
Almost every hardcore Marquez fan I know isn't complaining about the weight, and are all saying weight isn't an issue because both guys are basically the same size.

Even the experts, trainers and promoters of both fighters are saying the same. Some how the NSB boxing gurus know more than them and I'm not a real boxing fan if I don't co-sign there b.s.

          Go figure

BTW...props for being a real fan and believing in your favorite fighter. If Manny was going up in weight against Martinez, I wouldn't be crying about Martinez being the bigger man and how it's not a fair fight...especially if Manny didn't have an issue with it.

No one I know is claiming this is some career defining/legacy enhacing win.

It will be a win over a guy who will come to fight and has know to give Manny problems. I know Manny will blow him out the water (pretty much anyone at this point not named Martinez and Mayweather) so to me this is just a fight to silence the critics. Nothing more...nothing less.

So wait there, let me get this straight.

Floyd Mayweather came off a 2 year layoff, 2 years ago, against the P4P #2, which is now confirmed a legit fight if fought at 147?

All this time, Floyd was right.....Move over Ray Robinson!!

Floyd just might be the greatest of all tme after this legit win!
