the truth is manny would have been knocked out a 1000 times if he wasn't a southpaw... it's as simple as that...

his defence is his southpaw stance, it's what saves him...

what's all this nonsense about head movement.... yeah sure he tries a lame tyson impression when he's at a distance but when he's in range his head doesn't move at all...

the most alarming thing was pacquiao lack of movement yesterday, now apparently he had leg cramps which would explain that, but he was poor and i'll go as far as saying marquez beats him for a third time if they meet.... 147, 154, 160 whatever you want... marquez knows manny inside out...

shane wouldn't let his right hand go, he had plenty of opportunities to do so... yeah he seemed to jab relatively well but his jab didn't really serve as a weapon and pretty much became a defensive tool in keeping manny at range.... floyd's jab isn't so kind....

shane's shot, he's been shot, he was shot before mayweather and after mayweather there was surely no doubt... shane couldn't adjust to really land anything significant so he waited, and eventually accepted his fate....
So...southpaws never get knocked out?!?! Tell that to PWill.

      lol, yeah by another southpaw....

put pacquiao in the ring with sergio martinez and see what happens....

zab judah might even well have the ability to do it....

southpaws, orthodox ---> they all hate fighting southpaws....

and it's not about never, it's about an aggressive fighter in the southpaw stance is less susceptible to counter punching because the traditional angles aren't there..

You do realize he's been in the ring with something like 19 southpaws already, right?

It's just that Margo was a good a style match up for him, he had a good gameplan, and coupled with the fact that Margo's mental focus was completely thrown out the window for that fight. I can almost guarantee you if those two rematched, Mosley is not stopping him the 2nd time around. The mental aspect is huge in boxing, and Margo's was down to zero when he entered that ring. The term dead man walking was fitting for him on that night.

I didn't think he was successful at all in this fight. His jab was basically used a stick to keep Pac off of him when Pac got close. He never used his jab to set up any sort of offense, it was used primarily for survival. He wasn't dominated the way he was with Floydie because he never stood his ground against Pacquiao. Against Floydie he was still there in front of him, albeit he was shaking like a salt shaker. Against Pacquiao he was basically just running to survive for the last 9 rounds. He was unwilling to engage because he was afraid of Manny's punching power. When has Shane ever been afraid to mix it up against anyone in fear of being KO'd? No one before this fight, not even against Vernon when Vernon almost lobotomized him with that right hand in their first fight.

And that's basically my beef with Shane. Shane was a warrior before last night. He's fought the best boxing had to offer and not once have I ever seen him afraid to get into a firefight against anyone. Shane was a fighter that wanted the action. And at the very least I expected him to provide that.

I don't think anyone was asking him to take the beating Margo fight, they were just asking him to fight. If he got KO'd then so be it, but at least try to win the fight and actually fight the man. And that's what pissed me off the most. He f'n mailed it in after the 3rd round and basically just gave up trying to win.
why blame mosley hes 39 shot too SHIAAAT its soo plain to see for years now, molsey aint won a fight since 2009, what did u expect?why do u think the announcment of this fight was lambasted and deemed "GARBAGE"?,shane came to get paid, and thats it he had no buisness fighting pac in the first place blame pac FOR NEVER FIGHTING TOP OPPOSITION AND INSTEAD PICKING OFF FADED NAMES TIME AND TIME AGAIN. total ripoff pac has no balls with his cop outs and excuses," I fight whomever bob arum puts in front of me"" total lie pac chooses the opponents and signs off, anyone with a chance at beating him a good chance not a 1% chance gets eliminated from the pac sweepstakes, clear as day pac only fights no-hopers this act is getting really old and frustrating.interms of value entertainment pacs fights do nOT DELIVEr.

You can say the same about some of Pac's punches when he threw them in bunches, most of them were blocked by Mosley's elbows and gloves, but his straight right and left landed cleanly on Mosley's face when he threw them.

Shane only landed 66 punches because he threw the fight. Its as simple as that. He got his last big payday, and he knew going into the negotiations with Bob Arum that he was not suppose to win. He didn't want to make the mistake and catch Manny with a big right and it be over. That is not why he was picked. He did his job that night and now the world can say he has solidly beaten an African American fighter. Its getting him closer to being the GREATEST FIGHTER THAT EVER LIVED. Yeah, keep thinking that. The first time he fights someone like Bradley or Mayweather, he will be exposed for the overhyped fighter that he is. Manny is a great person that fights great. Bob Arum has done a magnificent job with his career. There's no denying that. But wait until Arum decides to put a real contender or another true champion in the ring with him. People will be shocked of the outcome. Manny hasn't fought a true champ or contender since he fought Marquez and Morales.

                  Can you explain/elaborate/expound please, thanks!

CWs and cherry picked fighters coming off bad losses , Manny resume might look good in name value , but when you start with Diaz its all matchmaking and CWs .
