What do you think is so funny? We all know that Top Rank are doing NOTHING in the negotiations of a possible Mayweather vs. Pac fight. They're not interested.

Besides, if Pacquiao isn't availbale for Mayweahter, then who is?

      Mosley? Floyd already beat Mosley.

Berto? He just came off a loss to Ortiz

Then who's next on the list: Ortiz.

Victor Ortiz is a better opponent than Shane will ever be at this stage.

Dont be silly, it wont shut the floyd critics up anymore than Pac beating everyone to a pulp will shut the Pac critics up.

Fight Pac and that will do the trick. Floyd wont fight Ortiz anyway, as he is training for Pac every single day of his life watchiing his dvds and training footage. He dont want attention diverted away and he is tunnel vision now.

Didn't Floyd himself say "It's All Lies"???

He said something like "Ortiz is a young, strong fighter, but it's all LIEESS!"

Someone posted his interview. He ain't fighting Ortiz.

I think it very possible that the fight will happen. They just don't want to make it official as Floyd's legal problems are still pending. It's a 50/50, or more like 65/35 - in favour of that the fight will happen. I won't be surprised if it does take place.

Money and the commission can buy time for Floyd's pending legal problems. Look at what Aurum did to Margarito. He ressurected his career even though he deserved a life-time exclusion from boxing. Money rules.

I don't think he is laughing about the fight itself, he is laughing because about Mayweather's critics shutting up. They'll never shut up.

I told you so - but you guys wouldn't listen.

Fantasy fight? Not anymore - bring Ortiz!

This fight will be more entertaining, competitive and watchable than Manny's last 5 fights.
