    Mayweather vs. Ortiz for September

If Mayweather vs. Ortiz happens in September this year, then this particular fight should shut the (Mayweather Jr.) critics up.

Right now, Ortiz is the most hungry, youngest, dangerous and live opponent out there at welterweight for Mayweather.

I'll play the part of a ***** criticizing a fight.

This is not about *******s and *****s.

Ortiz fought a great fight against the now #4 welterweight. He's still young, fast and has power.

Ortiz needs to rematch to his Daddy first. Otherwise Ortiz is Maidana's bitch

              Yeah and before that?

              What was he?

              Quitter. *****. Maidana's bich.

All kinds of shyt was being said.

The guy was irrelevant until he beat Berto a few weeks ago.

Ortiz is a great fighter, but come on. He's not elite level just yet.

To be honest, I didn't think the press and "the fans" were fair to him when they labelled him a "quitter". He floored Maidana and was floored himself. He was not used to be in this position and Maidana got the best of him - mentally. Ortiz still put up a great fight.

He proved every critic wrong when he fought his ass off against Andre Berto and showed his worth as a top ranked welterweight.

Furthermore, I don't get that elitism stuff. What, when and who is "elite"? Can you define that?

Ortiz is not an all time great.

Ortiz is not a hall of fame fighter.

Ortiz is not a seasoned veteran.

However, he isn't really an amateur any more, is he? He's a prize fighter, a belt-holder and a legitimate welterweight champion. He's also currently a top 3 ranked welterweight.

If that isn't "elite", then what is?

                  hahahaha, what a pic

this talk of ortiz now suddenly being a threat to floyd is incredible to me. ****ing ridiculous. floyd would put on a counter punching clinic that lasts for as long as he wants it to. it's still victor ortiz teh guy who struggled with peterson. He should be no more than a tune-up for Pac, maybe slightly better, as he is a good fighter, just will be totally outclassed by floyd.
