lol i ain't gonna hate on my dude because im sure he's fast and everything, but that video proves nothing. lol he is barely pumping his arms out, but like i said it's still pretty good and it helps transitioning between combinations and punches. pac fully extends his punches and keeps moving around at angles while throwing combo's. i film myself shadow boxing fast like that too and it does look pretty, but doesn't mean much.
