Most of these vids are jokes.

The 1st one is no big deal. THe short punches are nowhere's near as fast or as focused as Manny's are.

THe JKD video has the well known BS in the martial arts of someone slapping their own abdomen for sound effects and seeming speed. Indeed in that one, there are such loud sounds even though he is not making contact with his opponent. Clearly a sound track was added to that one.

He can clearly be seen slapping his abdomen (open your eyes and try to concentrate as difficult as that may be). And there are extremely loud sound effects not correlated with his footwork. Never fails, only imbeciles call othera "******". You are on ignore, etc.
