dude in the vid seems much faster even if he were to extend on those punches. Angulo has a good punch though

Most of these vids are jokes.

The 1st one is no big deal. THe short punches are nowhere's near as fast or as focused as Manny's are.

THe JKD video has the well known BS in the martial arts of someone slapping their own abdomen for sound effects and seeming speed. Indeed in that one, there are such loud sounds even though he is not making contact with his opponent. Clearly a sound track was added to that one.

His punches are arm punches like wing chun.

His hook was slow as anything, if you watch Manny he throws hooks and a variety which are fast.

Hooks are hard to throw fast, especially in a combo.

He could be faster for sure, but you don't know how much power they have. Although in a real fight, hitting someone anywhere is all that matters because it can stop you from getting hit.
