Come on man. When has Floyd ever had endorsement deals?

He makes his name off of controversy. Similar to Mike Tyson.
Who would want a guy with Mayweather's track record selling there product?

What Floyd has is millions of people who want to see him fail.
Reebok pays floyd to wear there brand only when he fights. Reebok knows that when Floyd fights there will be alot of people watching.

Why don't you guys listen to Floyd when he says that he makes money outside of boxing.
That partnership movie deal that he just did with 50 cent will bring in alot of money.

You have to be likeable to get endorsements.

Freddie Roach is a hypocrite of the highest order, how many times have they mentioned PBF in the last several weeks, Mannys going to do what he couldnt, Manny is going to out-do him, etc. Please. FMJ is an undefeated multi division champion and Freddie Roach was and is a puncing bag like Roger said. Enough of this clown.

So i am guessing they will change the name of boxingscene to the outhouse? Last I checked, pbf gets half of the front page in the boxing forums daily.

Floyd is and will continue to be a force

Many of you that post on here have never ever taken a punch legally or professionally so I understand your dumb hater comments about Floyd. But let's get one thing clear Weather Floyd fights Pac or not; he is quite a business person and I love how he markets himself. If I were Floyd it wouldn't matter if he pulled a Michael Spinks and take all you fools money, but he's a true homeboy from Michigan so win he do decide to fight him it's going to be an old fashion butt kicking and all of you will still pay to see it. Many of you can't even count as high as for the Champions and contenders over the last 30 years who have trained in Michigan.

freddie only mentions floyd when the media brings him up - Floyd goes out of his way to talk about Pac - big difference

"Floyd is and will continue to be a farce"

I don't know why i'm agreeing with you but yes, that's quite correct above.

no one denies that Floys is a great business man and markets himself good. What many boxing fans have a proble with is the fact that floyd claims to be the greatest boxer ever, yet never fought Cotto, Maragrito, Williams, Pacquiao, etc.
If he wants to be a boxer/businessman, that's fine - but he is nowhere close to the greatest fighter ever b/c he doesn't seek out the tough challeneges like a Ray Leonard did by fighting Benitez, Duran, Hearns, Hagler, Norris, etc.

This post is so ****ing ******ed on so many levels I mean damn. This **** is just sad that your brain processed this in way that this made enough sense for you to actually type this out and post it. Something might be in the water where you grew up at or lead paint may have been in your place of dwelling in your formative years.

How Could Mayweather beat Pacquiao, When he's making the same mistakes Roy Jones, made?
Larry Merchant, use to warn Roy, that he was fighting too soft of opposition, too many times out!
That one day, someone would come along he wasn't prepared for, (Tarver) Now, Mayweather has consistently picked fighters he can beat, he picked Judah after he was destroyed by Baldomir, then his recent shut out of a smaller Marquez who has been softened up by Pacquiao! He wants the boxing public to take him seriously, claiming he's the best fighter to ever put on a pair of gloves, prove it!!! Fight the best! As, Emanuel Stewart, once said... "He has to be kidding, Has he ever heard of Sugar Ray Robinson? A man that kept his power all the way up from lightweight to middleweight" Whom, has Floyd Mayweather knocked out as a legitimate 147lb opponent? Floyd you've beaten the likes of Hatton and Marquez little men with not enough power to hurt you, fight a little man that has arrived in your division who has brought his punch with him, Pacquiao! Floyd Mayweather, with an undefeated record, you will be nothing more than an asterik if you don't fight the Pacquiao's, Clottey's, William's, Mosley's and Cotto's... Oh, That's right Cotto lost against Pacquiao, like Marquez and Judah, were softened up for you... you'll probably call out Cotto, instead of the others! Smart, Safe and Boring!!!
To Be The Best Floyd, You Have To Fight The Best! The Real Boxing Fans Know This & We Are Not Fooled By Talk... Find The Courage Ali, Robinson, Leonard, Holmes, Tyson, Salvador Sanchez, & My Favorite of All Time ...Jack Johnson, Had... Find that kind of courage, step up to the ring and prove you belong in their category of greatness! ENUFF TALK!!!
