Floyd KO'd an undefeated Hatton (same guy that beat Kosta Tzyu now and ate punches in several fights at welter before his chin got broken by Mayweather),

Oscar at his ideal weight at the time and every possible advantage and coming into the fight with a KO win.

Mosley was the number 1 welterweight when Floyd beat him by landslide.

All of Manny's recent fights are over fighters who fell from grace.. and Team Pac wouldn't fight Shane when they thought he was a threat, and Roach has implied on camera taking a bunch of these fights because Manny's opponent lost something in their previous fight(s).
