Regardless of who he fights, this will be the case.

Do you guys really think Floyd can't use his legs anymore?

They misspelled "Spadafora" and accidentally typed "Ortiz."

Maybe Floyd was in attendance at Berto vs Ortiz to scout the winner. It makes perfect sense Ortiz is the newly crowned WBC ww champ, he's young, and he's promoted by GBP which makes an easy negotiation. I hope this happens, if it does I'm looking forward to it.

When he wants to he will and can. The thing is though, he is much, much more cerebral now. He's slowed down a bit, sure, but from a mental stand point, dude is sharp as a tact.

I think 50 would disagree with that.

I remember haters saying Floyd was too scared to fight Mosley, then when rumors started going around about the fight being signed, haters were in denial.

Same thing happening all over again. Floyd's possibly gonna fight the #2 best WW in the world, and haters are running around not even knowing what to do or say.

I think he'll use more his footwork against Manny like he did against Marquez because those two guys are shorter and smaller. Yes, he has definitely slowed down a bit, but i think at this point he doesn't want to waste any energy unless he have to. When you bull-rushing him with 1-2-3 punches, he'll use his feet. If you're throwing 1-2's at far distance range, then he'll stand flatfooted and use his upper body and head movements without breaking a sweat.

Haha, it wasn't just Mosley. They did the samething with Baldomir, and Hatton. I was looking my PVR the other day and I recorded a ESPN interview back in 2006 before the Judah fight where Brian Kenny said Floyd was ducking Baldomir. Lol. Then after Floyd beat him, Brian Kenny discredited the win. The samething happened with Hatton.

Most likely he's gonna fight Ortiz, and people are already starting to discredit the fight. It's been like this since 2006. Year in and year out.
