As far as i can tell Ortiz is far more deserving than either right now, and he's not an old faded name, he is a young and strong fighter who has proven he belongs at 147.

What exactly do you need to do to deserve it?? And who else is more deserving than Ortiz right now that Mayweather should fight at 147????

it would be great if ortiz won, but i don't see it happening, ortiz needs a lot more experience fighting @ WW to even consider him having a good chance. You guys really think if floyd owned ortiz, he would just go back on "vacation"? i think he would go for a khan fight. if he can whoop ortiz, he can whoop khan too, another easy/big fight for him. plus, he's always talked about fighting in the UK.

If it happen, Range and distance will be key factors of this fight. Berto and Ortiz fought at close tight range, and they threw loads of wild punches at each other. It'll be totally different against Floyd.

The dallas stadium thing. Pacquiao fought there twice and now floyd wants to fight there while claiming pacquiao was fighting his leftovers. Got to admit,,, those pacquiao fights over there were both successes. Now floyd wants a piece of that.
