For the record, Floyd was never serious about OSTs, he was just scared of Manny.
If he wanted to clean up the sport, he wouldve announced OSTs when he first came out of retirement. Did JMM go through OSTs?
If Manny never faced Cotto, (or if Floyd never watched it), OSTs wouldnt even be an issue.
Floyd witnessed his eventual demise the moment Kenny Bayless waived Manny away from Cotto resulting in a TKO. Floyd ****ted in his pants. The next few weeks he became a selfproclaimed OST spokesman. Never before though...just when Manny came after him.

btw, i don't know why this testing is still an issue here. links stating that pacman is agreeing to take the tests are all over the place. it's been on floyd's court a long time ago now. all floyd needs to do is pick up the phone and call ellerbe. ellerbe will do the talking. hope that helps.

if this fight never happens, it would be because of his hatred for GBP, which has been around longer then the Pac situation.
& as i have said many time, even made a poll about it; It Pac and his teams own damn fault for not handling the OST request properly. They should have said **** off i'm not doing it, and if what so many *******s claim is true and May doesn't care about testing then Pac should have called his bluff.
Instead pac said i'll tell you when you can to test me, then he said he needed 24 day cut off, then 14, then 7.
Sorry but if your story changes that many time people are going to wonder, regardless of what anyone has to say about Pac it was his teams reaction to OST that resulted in him being associated with PEDs.

i blame pacman for not calling floyd's bluffs right from the very beginning. it was all bluff judging from the way floyd acted after the first negotiations: ross greenburg maintained he didn't know why floyd walked away from the second negotiations. a third attempt was conducted by the mandela group. floyd priced himself out by demanding $100 million.
looking back it was really all bluff. arum, a mediator, some scientist in front of floyd trying to convince him that pac's compromise was enough and valid and way beyond the current rules, there was floyd trying to get out of it pretending he want it when he was really just bluffing. he never thought pacman would agree to fight him.
