Everyone keeps mentioning the congressman title for Pac. BIG DEAL! In the Philippines, it doesn't take much to become a congressman. The ex brutal dictator, Ferdinand Marcos' wife is a congressman, so what does that tell you? Not to mention his son was b4 as well. If you have money and fame, you are 3/4 of the way there.

They do not undertake random blood testing in the courtroom.
