Judging by the way he fought Mosley, he could have stopped him. So, I'm not surprised at all ...

Come to think of it perhaps Mayweather Jr had too much respect for Marquez to beat him up worse than he did or knock him out - he always said before the fight was even announced that Marquez was one of his favourite fighters. I really don't know

At the end of the day, great show of technical skill by Mayweather as always, but still giving my props to Marquez for hanging in there - that being whether Floyd put his foot on the gas pedal or not.

Actually JMM-Mayweather was a brilliant boxing display. That fight is a beauty to watch to see Mayweathers timing, speed, defense, reflexes and his ability to control distance.

It was a masterful boxing display. Too many peolpe on this site act like immature 12 year olds. 'But but but JMM was a lightweight". Duh. No one is watching to say "oh my what abgreat win". Ive watched it several times to see the sweet science at its best.

******...that brilliant boxing display you're talking about was caused by the mismatch. if jmm was the same size as floyd do you think floyd can toy with him? when you're up against an outmatched opponent you fight more relaxed and it's easier to display your skills.
