Is Floyd's best win tainted. Was Corrales really dehydrated and weak in the fight

      What? Errr it makes complete sense. If he had troubles making weight that terribly during the Mayweather fight he would've gained a hell a lot of weight after the fight considering he was inactive and in prison..
      "He had 2 years to re-adjust his body down at a lower weight. Could be he was malnourished after his stint in prison."
      Again you're making a wild uneducated guess. Look at his post fight interview where Merchant asked if he was going to move up in weight... he was very doubtful and didn't suggest moving up - now if he had serious issues with the weight he would've said yes.

      Corrales admitted he was outclassed by Mayweather fair and square why can't you? You know nothing about Corrales' body and weight, obviously 130 was his _OPTIMAL_ weight since he had a lot of success there not to mention beating Casamayor after a prison stint. Now stop talking out of your ass.

        Chico said before the fight its not that bad as far as making weight, you just have to be disciplined. Looking weight drained and fighting weight drained are two different things. Chico kept trucking and was a step slower than Chico the whole night.

              aside from Castillo 1, take nothing from Floyd at lower weights
              Chico was ok, just destroyed by Floyd, back when he had balls
              this win can't be discredited

                Chico was badass but his style was set for a skilled, patient, and defensive fighter that may is.

                    Corales was struggling to make weight as early as the Manfredi fight. If it wasnt for the 10M contract(which Floyd called as a slave contract) that HBO was offering to the winner of the Mayweather - Corales for the 130 lb fight, Corales would have move up in weight already.
                    He had already announced that he was moving up in weight, and in fact shortly beofr eht e fight there was a TV sit-down interview where this was brought up. Corrales said "well it isn't easy", and then said "they made e an offer I couldn't refuse".

                    At that time he was going to jail, was broke and his life was in a shambles. Mayweather's
                    Brains Trust" as they were called, figured that this was the time to get at him.

                    TK Stewart, the well known writer, emailed me about this fight, and particularly described the weigh-in. He said that ;

                    "Corrales looked very bad, his skin was grey, his bones were sticking out, and he almost had to be helped to the scales. He was still overweight although he'd spent the whole morning in the sweat box, and had had nothing to eat for weeks. Although he was the favourite, I knew right there that he had no chance".

                      Yes you are correct. The commentators were discussing how Castillo looked, and their conclusion was that he definitely could NOT make 130 but was flabby and slow at 135, it could be seen that he had not yet adjusted. One of these guys who falls between the cracks. I believe one of them also inrweviewed him.
