Is Floyd's best win tainted. Was Corrales really dehydrated and weak in the fight

I don't think he was dehydrated and weak - his best round was the eighth.

No matter the weight Floyd would've beaten Chico( rip). Mayweather is an all around better fighter.

Great boxers feast on great punchers. Diego was going to lose that fight, no matter what anyone says about weight, imminent jail, or any of that other shit.

A weight drained fighter can't go to jail for a year. Then comeback and beat a damn good fighter in Casamayor at that same weight, 2 years after without being comfortable at that weight.

He walked up to the scale, and the fight was, in a sense, lost right there. For all his efforts in the steam bath that morning, shedding 8 pounds, he was still 132—two pounds overweight. He went back and ****** the 2 pounds off in time for the weigh-in. A day later, his body both starved and waterlogged from his ensuing rehydration, he entered the ring—146 pounds at fight time—and the results were a disaster.

People keep refering to his weight 2 years later like it means some thing for that fight.. When in fact what they should be lookin' at was his state in the weigh-in. In fact, it should have been on his last fight, which was like 4 months back when he was already having problems making weight..

Probably why Floyd didn't want to give him rematch. Chico was after it, at 135 I believe. When he got out of jail, it was in 2002 and FMJ was already a lw champ.

U know what were alll idiots, you are right, Floyd would of never beaten Chico at 135!! Surely Floyd would of been slow and fat and less talented at that weight.
