Yes...he's pretty good not ATG like history will refer to him.
I say this bc imho Manny wouldn't beat a prime Morales or Barrera or even Mosley. He would NOT have a chance vs a Sugar Ray Leonard, Duran, Arguello or Salvador Sanchez. To me if you are an ATG you will have a clear opportunity to compete vs ATG and I don't see that in Manny.

Yes... Now I'll say that I saw Manny winning their 1st fight, it's pretty hard to come back from 4 pts in the 1st rnd but JMM won most of the rounds. 2nd fight was close but in my eye JMM won it.

Yes he was, but for this fight Manny will be around the same weight as the Cotto's fight which was 154lbs. Team Pacquiao refused to weight in for HBO on fight night to prevent bad press on catchweight demands. I know this cause in Pacquiao/Cheato 24/7 Ariza was concern that Manny wasn't around 154 like he was for Cotto...Manny DOES manipulates weight to his advantage!!!
