HBO to blame for Khan-Bradley falling apart. Greenburg needs to go!

I believe his highest offer so far was 1.5..But that's not a lot when ya the Champ and the challenger is expected to make 1.25(because Khan has a contract with GBP)..I know that's not Khan's fault but HBO has to understand if they want this fight now they would have to at least make it 1.20..Bradley can make(estimate)over 2mill for holding out on this fight..1.5 is insulting..
"Drawing power" isn't just attendance, it's viewership numbers. That's what HBO cares about. Martinez has proved he's a fighter the fans want to see, so he's making more thna he was a few years ago.
Alexander-Bradley meanwhile, didn't do amazing numbers even with all the hype, so why would HBO pay more money to a guy who's fight underperformed last time out?
I was sorta missinformed to be honest mate, if Bradleys been offered half the US money and is given a portion of the UK money, I think he should accept it. Sure he could hold on for one more fight get a mill then fight Khan, but so could Khan.
If Bradley dont sign the contract then **** it, revisit it another day and let Khan fight Judah... who else thats bigger than Khan-Judah can Bradley fight?Comment

Thats a fair point and all, but I do think drawing power plays a big part... cause there paying to see one guy fight more than the other. For example the amount DLH got against Floyd in there fight.
It shouldn't all be about the drawing power though, basically as Khan is the bigger draw, but Bradley has achieved more and is on the top of his game I think both deserve 50% of the US money and Bradley deserves a small portion of the UK money. Neither guy would back down to less than 50% because of there egos (like Pacquiao and Mayweather, it has to be 50/50).
I mean if Bradley were to fight Khan in July and beat him, would he gain a huge crowd? No. He'd probably still draw around 3k. And would HBO cough up a lot of money after? Probably not. He's just trying to get them to do to him what try do to other fighters, and he has every right to do that because it's not fair. Now would I pay him a huge amount of money if I was HBO? HELL no. But at the same time, I wouldn't be paying these other fighters as much either because they don't deserve it. So basically, he doesn't want to get taken advantage of if nobody else is getting that treatment. Not everyone sucks up to their commands like Martinez does.Comment

Bradley is a two time div Champ who has clean out the div once already,Khan has only fought 1 Champion dude he is the challenger because resume wise Khan is not Bradley's equal..Khan is a good fighter and presents the toughest test(imo)at the weight..But no mistake he is the challenger..Funny enough Alexander was more on the same level as Bradley(when they fought)then Khan is now..Comment

Obviously though lots of different sides to a story, so might as well wait and see what happens before we make too harsh judgements.Comment

I agree, I been saying this for a week now that HBO is to blame.
Plus you have to look at what Gary Shaw is doing. Is he trying to force a contract extenBradley-Alexander was falling apart. All because, of Shaw trying to get Bradley to sign an extension.
And, just like last time, people claim Bradley was ducking. Deja vu all over again.
I don't believe Bradley is ducking. There's more to this story.Comment

No HBO can't easily tell Bradley that. Because, HBO guaranteed him and Alexander at least one more fight on HBO.Comment

Im sorta mixed with the whole thing, I can see were your both coming from... I get what your saying why should Bradley take less money than what he could earn potentially by having one more fight, but then again I get what people are saying when they say Bradley is the only one unhappy with the offer.
We havent hear all the sides to the story yet either, **** it im sick of talking about what other guys earn, they either agree or they dont, if not then Khan can fight Judah and Bradley can find someone else to fight.
Im done with this topic, I aint getting into the **** that happened when Mayweather-Pacquiao was being negotiated again, **** that.Comment

[QUOTE=Spacey1991;10460967]Hmm, maybe, but you could say the same about Khan, Khan could fight Judah next make a million or so and then fight Bradley for a million and make 2 million all the same, so if your saying 1.5 million is unsulting to Bradley then offering the same to Khan is insulting too, both deserve equal shares of the US money IMO, so basically in that case HBO would have to faulk out 6 million instead of 3? When everyone is okay with it but Bradley?
Judah is high risk low reward for Khan if ya think about it..That will not rise Khan's stock to beat Judah(although I would be impressed)to the casual fan who looks at Judah as washed up..Khan only way forward is threw Bradley..I told many before this is not about Khan or Khan's money..So Bradley is not thinking about what Khan would do(maybe he's not)if this fight does not come off..But more so how much he is going to make and what's best for him ya dig??If Bradley could earn up to 2 mill in two fights that what he see's not how much Khan is gonna earn in two fights..Comment
