Mayweather has a very good chin. Only has one official knockdown and that was by his own fault of hitting the canvas with his glove.

He's has been rocked a only few times in his long career, but Floyd has really has never been legitimately knocked down, unless you count the Judah fight, which wasn't officially ruled and again, Floyd's glove that grazed the canvas but wasn't actually dropped on his ass.

Very solid chin, but wouldn't call it great.
