A thinking man understands that when a fighter dances around being tested for Steroids with BS excuses such as the very excuses Manny has used, that it would be quite feeble-minded to dismiss the allegations 100%.

The fact that Manny has become quite the phenom overnight too, does NOT look very good either.

I agree with you 100%. Especially when it comes to thinks like monetary penalties for coming in overweight, glove sizes, ring sizes, and what divisional weight limits should be used. I agree 100%
