Initially they asked Shane to do drug testing and when Mosely said he would if Manny does,then they didn't want the drug tests....very odd.TBH, with the amount of PED users that were just busted a few days ago (all on a Top Rank card no less),I wouldn't be surprised if both these guys are on something on fight night...

He even said that most Doctors would tell you it's useless. They spent so much time and effort to made the Margarito's fight happen even when they could've had chosen another opponent when Margarito was denied of his License to be reinstated in Nevada, but they'd still desperately found a way to made that fight happened.
