Sorry Floyd haters he's not going to jail. If he didn't kill nobody, commit arm robbery or was involved with drugs ( 3 grams of crack or higher or any serious drugs) he will have to pay a fine, community service or counseling. And the most important thing of all you know he has a good lawyer.

As long as Pacquiao is still active.. Floyds court issue will remain standing.. As you can see Sept will be his continuing date leaving Floyd 5 months of inactivity in the ring..

Now that Pac has stated he will take the test, Floyd still has no interest to clear up his court issues and will not have an opponent in 2011...

People act like Mayweather is on trial for a murder or something. He could fight if he wants. This "adjourning" can go on for more than a year. This is procedure in the court with cases if Lawyers want to prolong their cient cases. This guy is mega focused in the ring. I doubt that this would distract him because he has plenty of time to think about and deal with it. Roger Mayweather choked the blood out of his female boxer and he got a slap on the wrist and her wounds were visible to the public. Floyd is walking. I say stop talking about this guy until he comes back to the sport.
