Fernando Vargas, rushed along or just not that good?

i hear alot of people say he was rushed into the big fights during his career, and some say he was just not that good hence why he came up short in his biggest challenges, Thoughts?

Vargas was rushed along. In the middle rounds he was actually given Tito a boxing lesson before Tito's experience took over.

I think being rushed along had a bit to do with it, I think his personal life had a lot to do with it too. Vargas was a good fighter, had a talent for adjusting and getting back into a fight.

I don’t know about the “boxing lesson” part but he rebutted Tito’s th***** temporarily before meeting a left hook.

ye the tito fight was epic, an he was definately giving him some problems, i heard he had a car accient somewhere along his career, i wonder if that had anything to do with it?

He needed more time to develop. If he had been with someone like Freddie Roach his whole career things would have turned out very different for him.
