I am gonna pick up on this, please don't be offended buddy.....

When a fighter makes NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to win, to the point where he is forced to come up with a series of bizarre excuses to justify a totally inept performance..... then I simply cannot understand how you could possibly give anyone credit for beating him.

Come on man, that was 12 rounds on the heavy bag, and nothing more.

Sorry, but that is blatant Manny-fluffing bro.

And my point was..... you and Jro have both tried to " reassure " me that Pac could actually beat a prime opponent who was on top of his game at 147, and I showed that when Manny fought a badly faded shop-worn Cotto who had been battered silly by Margarito, he tried to drain him down to 143, and that the only welter that Manny has EVER fought at 147 is Josh "I will not hurt you" Clottey.

Nope, according to Team Pacquiao, the Marquez fight will not take place unless JMM jumps TWO DIVISIONS to 147.....
WBA/WBO lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez is pushing very hard for a third fight with Manny Pacquiao. The three division champion from Mexico would like

I refuse to argue over whether a LW is more qualified to fight Pac than a welter.

/discussion, from me anyways, feel free to pick up with someone else

You will say/do anything to discredit Pac bro so ya words are invalid to a point..Clottey was un able to do anything because of Manny not because it's not in his power to..Look at Clottey Marga's or Clottey Cotto he was in both fights why not with Manny??I'll tell ya why he was out of his league..Same with Cotto and Hatton..You just don't want to give Pac credit I understand..

Oh yea and if you believe Ortiz is prime you are also mistaken, yes he might be young but prime??Dude does not even have a Jab to speak of and you call this guy prime ya reaching..

I'm pretty sure nego's will change the weight JMM is the best and most deserving fighter Pac could fight..Base on resume and lack there of..Ortiz should be more worried about fighting some top young guy's and proving that his win over Berto was no fluke..

Ortiz should get a rematch against Maidana. I will still go for Maidana. Maidana got Ortiz number. Ortiz will be an easy fight for Pacquiao. It will be a blowout. It might end Ortiz boxing career if ever he fights Pacquiao. And the money he will get might be his retirement pay.
