i think difference is that berto was clearly able to fight within his full abilities if not, theres no way he'd be able to withstand the give and take type of fight berto had with ortiz, but no way with ortiz performance should he have any catchweights (if true) again, just like pac after his performance at welterweight years ago, he should not have had any catchweight what so ever, but it is what it is (money)
