That's your criteria. I usually use that but as Jofre and Wilde are the GOAT in their weight class IMO which both have a deep history I is a key reason behind why I and many others rank them higher than Pacqiauo. That's without Jofre's utter dominance over Top competition and Wilde's longevity.

Multiple weight classes doesn't automatically mean anything in my view, I mean, Oscar holds the 2nd highest record for that and I don't even have him in my Top 70 probably.

I mean, by that logic you would suggest Oscar is higher than those 2. Which surely you don't agree with.

I can't see how someone could rank Pacqiauo above Monzon who as you know only ventured in one weight class as opposed to Pacqiauo's many.

Going up in weight is just a small extra credit sort of thing to me, its not what defines his greatness, but it certainly counts.

Jofre's dominance is overstated. overall he beat about as much top competition as Pacquiao has, and lost to the best fighter he ever faced. classic example of a guy getting rated highly for how good he looked...despite the fact that his best wins arent as good as wins over Barrera.

Wilde's longevity is also overstated. he had a lot of fights, yes, but a lot of his wins were over weak competition. and his professional career didnt last that long either, shorter than Pacquiao's. he also was fighting top competition for a sohrter amount of time than did Pacquiao, who has been fighting world class opponents for 12 years now, which is almost the equivilant to Wilde's entire career.

I dont rate someone like JCC highly because he went undefeated over 80 something fights. I rate him highly because he beat a lot of high calibur opponents. Having 100+ wins doesnt add much to your greatness to me, its all about level of opposition.

Much like Roy in the generation before him, Pac is dominating. Not in the same fashion Roy did, but Roy was a different monster altogether. But Pac is definitely top 25-30, along with Roy Jones as well. But remember.....Max Kellerman said Roy was the best of alltime as well, and a year and a half later it was all over. Not a good thing when Max says that. But, I like Max though
