I actually believe the exact opposite is happening and they are waiting for Floyd to age. If you accept that MP will take OST, why did they refuse the fight in the first round of negotiations, which is what they did?? I believe the reasons are two-fold:

- Freddie didn't want such a short turn around after Cotto, and additionally feels the longer they wait and the older Floyd gets (he's nearly 35) the more his legs will diminish.
- Arum didn't want to risk Manny losing before making the most of all in house fights left.

Maybe check, but personally, I am absolutely positive that a Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight will definitely happen.

As I have been saying for over a year now.....
They will milk the Manny-cow until it is dry, and then feed it to Mayweather.

That fight will be Pacquiao's last fight, and he will agree to random blood tests, and he will blame those tests for his performance.

Mayweather's style is more effective against a wider range of opponents.

Manny's style is most effective against a come-forward opponent who is standing right in front of you. The same style that 6 of Manny's last 7 opponents have used. What a startling coincidence

And when Mayweather starts to lose his reflexes/speed, his technique will not be affected as much as Pacquiao's will be.

So you admit that the coward is waiting for Manny to get older and have more wear and tear by fighting his leftovers!

People here pick apart every little comment made by Pac or Floyd. Theyre only human. Sometimes they say ****** stuff.

I do think Floyd would comeback if Pac showed he is seriously slowing and vunerable. But Floyd is a businessman first. He would be ****** not to want to face a slow Pac.

But im not sure if Floyd is just waiting for that time to come. Not sure if Floyd will ever return. His reflexes aint getting any sharper with him sitting around.

we all see how many times wackman gets hit in his fights. we saw how jmm was able to hit him. and then we saw floyd against jmm. he outclassed him and despite being the bigger man was faster than jmm. so if wackman gets off the juice and fights floyd hes gonna get hit all night and not be able to deal with floyds speed. wackman gonna get frustrated and go into his wild swinging style and get hit with a check hook just like hatton.

Early today Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, was contacted by Top Rank President Todd duBoef, who informed Schaefer that Pacquiao would not agree to have his blood taken within 30-days of the bout based on the fighter’s superstition of testing so close to a fight.

Richard Schaefer: Todd told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and doesn’t want to do it so close to the fight. He, Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight.

In that same day,

Freddie Roach: A urine test is just as qualified as a blood test. [Human growth hormone] is not detected by blood or urine.”

How is HGH test done?

More than one blood sample must be taken on different days, due to rapid changing levels of growth hormone. A test measuring IGF-1 levels may be taken in conjunction, as its levels change much slower. Before blood is drawn, the administering health professional should be informed of any disorders or medication being taken which can lead to bleeding at the site of the puncture.
