So you want Floyd Mayweather to fight a young, strong, fast and powerful champion? Good luck with that....

That said Floyd boxes the **** out of him after that. IMO Ortiz still has some doubt in his mind, and gettin in the ring with Floyd ain't going to build his confidence.
I don't thing we're going to see a PacvsMay fight but if Floyd is going to fight again I don't see no problem with this choice.

Ortiz would get schooled, he goes in too opened and doesn't use his jab enough. floyd would just sit back and counter all night.

I would like to see it made too tho cuz if Mosley stunned floyd clean I think Ortiz could too and in that case he'd prolly capitalize way better than mosley did.

Well, Mayweather must have been there for a reason, maybe cause he's interested in fighting the winner. & as young as Ortiz is, he has just earned a piece of the top of the 147 lbs weight division, so he better be ready to fight the best at that weightclass.

Ortiz needs to show that this win and new mentality was no fluke and fighting PBF would do neither. He would be better off fighting a rematch, Clottey or someone young and hungry like himself.

For the sake of this discussion, I'm going to be generous and stipulate that the Ortiz that fights Floyd is the one that fought Berto in terms of man-on-a-mission.

That said, probably Floyd wins a UD but Ortiz will likely put enough pressure on him to get a really entertaining performance out of Floyd in which case, both fighter's stock could conceivably go up.
