It's a lose-lose situation, as you see he stopped it "too early", if he would have let it continue and Juanma got KO'd like PWill they would have said he should have stopped it sooner, regardless, I been saying Juanma is a KO waiting to happen because of his lack of defense. If they fight again, I think Salido takes him out earlier, I may be wrong, who knows...we'll have to wait and see.

i knew that ref was ****** so they put a rookie ref how smart it was a bad stoppage juanma was going to get out the round and come back to win did they not see how much heart the kid got he was out his feet for 3 straight rounds against roger and won every round basically while hurt who you know can do that juanma played a bad strategy but kid got dam heart and balls that he will fight till hes dead

Just finished watching the fight (thanks youtube) and I really don't know what to say. Juan Ma has my respect... he was still throwing punches and landing "a few". Was the stoppage too early? Maybe... maybe not... all I know (from what I was watching) that JML was hurt and getting tagged a lot. GREAT FIGHT.

This is incorrect. There was plenty of time left in the round for Salido to beat Juanma to a pulp. People forget that the ref is in the ring watching very closely and he was letting it go until he was like "I'm not trying to be responsible for Salido bodying Juanma". I bet in the rematch Lopez gets KO'd quicker.
