Yes Berto title was paper. But, bro that's the same argument that Floyd fans used for Marg. That Marg title was paper. Yet Baldomir was lineal, or that Judah was this and that.

To answer your question though....I don't think Floyd avoided Margarito by choosing Baldomir over him, I feel he avoided him but taking the whole 2008 year off instead of giving other guys a chance (ala Cotto, Margarito and Paul Williams).

What I don't get is why are people so quick to assume that Manny won't fight Andre. In case you haven't notice, every guy that people claim Manny is ducking, he is slowly working his way around towards fighting. It may not happen when some people want, but at least it's happening.

You F****ing hating kid, i for one have said that Manny should have been fighting Berto for the simple reason that Berto has the belts, younger and undefeated, BUT i also said that Mosley could easily win over Berto and even maybe KO him by the 6th round.. So i think Manny fighting Mosley is still the best move in terms of competition, because i still think Mosley has a better chance on Manny rather than Berto.... All of this stems when all of the Floyd fans still insists that there are other deserving opponents for Manny at WW other than Floyd, but now we are shown that Mosley is still the best choice after Floyd, so let's just enjoy the fight on May 7th and hope that the superfight comes next...

1. I think Berto, Mosley and Marquez are all **** fights.

2. Manny gets nothing from me by beating any of those guys.

3. The only fights I wanna see are against Floyd and Sergio.

You didnt build the strongest case for Pac. Berto is a good fighter but ORTIZ is a better fighter. It wasnt overrating Berto it was underrating Ortiz. Im a floyd fan but never uttered those words. Didnt say he was ducking just that he hadnt fought a slick fighter. Keep it general then you dont look so silly bub.
