Khan will destroy McClosky in Salita fashion

I can't see it going any other way. It's one of those "anything you can do, I can do better" type fights, just like the Malignaggi fight, only he won't be fighting an experienced, iron chinned, battle tested boxer. McCloskey has never been down this type of road, and he won't know what to do against Khan's lightning fast hands. If he makes it to the second round, it'll be because he survived after getting put down a few times, or Khan started off slow.

If Paul gives him a good fight, then props to him. I'll be happy to eat my words. But my prediction is a TKO within 3 rounds for Amir. First round is likely.

Be prepared to take back that statement after tonight.

Like I've said before, McCloskey is no pushover. The guy is tough, strong, a solid technician and he can punch.

But I'm picking Khan to win as well. I'm really looking forward to this fight! WAR KHAN.

I'll even bump this if I'm wrong. I'd like to be wrong. The JWW division could use some new talent. Hopefully it's competitive and we see McCloskey-Peterson or something later on.

Exactly. McCloskey is no pushover. If he can survive the first 4 rounds, Amir may be in for a long night.

This is a BS fight anyway. I don't understand how it was made how can you go from Maidana to this. I wouldn't mind these types of fights if these dudes boxed way more often. Cause this could very well end early and then we'll have to wait forever to see Khan box again.

UD for Khan is very probable. Mcloskey is a slow starter but gets better as the fight goes on (exact opposite of Khan) he just has to survive the first 4.

Yeah i agree the first 3-4 rounds are important, i see Khan stopping MC in one of those rounds, if MC is still around after those rounds then he might give Khan a tough night.

The guy thinks he can slip punches like Mayweather
The only way he will be able to stop himself from getting KO'd early is to cover up like Maidana did, Khan will rip his body and probably stop him there and then.
