Its like a 30 min drive from Miami to Ft Lauderdale, so if he couldnt get fans there, it wont work out in Miami

It appears you're accusing Arum of lying about his reasons for not holding Gamboa fights in Miami. However, your explanation doesn't make sense. I don't know much about the boxing promotion business, but I don't see Top Rank getting a cut of the casino take -- especially with a relatively small-time fight.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, what you say is true. Why would Arum have to BS about his reasons? It's easy enough to say that there's more money to be made in Vegas or A.C. He does that often enough anyway. I disagree with your logic.
