It will be almost comical to see what comes out of Arums mouth next should JMM decide to STAY with GBP. Probably back to the old excuses... "Not a big enough draw" (on Mexican Independance weekend, WTF Bob?), "Needs to prove himself at the weight" etc. etc. Arum is so friggen predictable it's laughable.


Perfect example of what I stated in the above post. Remember what he said about Mosely before he jumped ship to fight Pac. Now Shane is Pacs 'deadliest' opponent according to Bob.

I'm not even against a JMM fight (bar the weight issue, which could be worked out IMO), it's Arum that makes things such a farce. I just wish Manny would wake up and be the boss.

I say, 140lbs or 147lbs is enough for a fight against Pacquiao. Not 135lbs. Pacquiao has been campaigning as a welterweight now, for 3 fights already. He won't be competitive enough if he goes down to 135lbs. The strength and conditioning that he had against Cotto, Clottey and Margarito, would not be there anymore if he fights Marquez at 135lbs.

I think if Pacquiao can go up against Margarito, why can't Marquez do that in fighting Pacquiao? Pacquiao is the cash cow now and Marquez is the one asking for this fight. It's not that Marquez didn't go up to fight Floyd. I see Pacquiao as simply doing a favor for Marquez before Marquez retires.

I see Marquez as still a way better than Berto in terms of skills and defense. What Berto does have now is just the youth. But if ever Marquez and Berto fight, I would heavily favor Marquez to win the fight.

Dumbass Pac. He should've been fighting Marquez on May 7th. Marquez should have been on Fight Camp 360 not Shane. Shane's a bigger money maker, my fucking ass. This is seriously why I'm no longer a fan of Manny anymore. There's just too much bullshit. This fight has history, a fight with Shane does not. Pac could make 140 easily so a fight with Marquez should be at 140.
