Before a fight both fighters agree to it...so whatever it is, it is FAIR. Do you want Martinez to fight Juan Manuel Marquez in a 130 weight division? Answer that straight up, because if you can't then Martinez could be ducking Marquez or vice versa (if Marquez won't go up 154 at least)...
