There is so much footage of his knockouts & fights. He hurt & knocked down and almost flatlined some of the greatest fighters couple with the greatest chins the worlds ever seen.
Just about if not every fighter who fought him claimed without any hesitation he was the hardest puncher they had ever been in with and most had shared the ring with the likes of Foreman, Quarry etc etc

The numbers tell a different story than the fighters who beat Shavers do. After beating Shavers, telling the world that they defeated the hardest hitter in boxing is purely self serving.

In 23 fights against fighters over 215 pounds, Shavers had just 11 KOs and most of those guys were just not very good.
