Barerra also was robbed. He clearly beat Morales in the first fight and they stole it from him so the fact that Morales was robbed in the rematch was a payback of sorts for the first fight. But Morales did amazingly well against such a brutal puncher.Comment

Draw is the best fair decision Maidana could receive in the fight...
]Morales is one of my AT favorite Mexican fighters and people know that on NSB I am one of the biggest Mexican boxing supporters on here but Morales did not beat Maidana. . I had it a draw!!going in to the 11th round I had Morales up by 2 points. Morales did not do nearly enough in the last two rounds to win the fight. Thus it was a draw . Morales is an ATG and deserves all the praise in the world for what he did Saturday night but he did not win the fight!! Now if he trains harder and comes in with better conditioning I believe he can outbox and even KO Maidana in the rematch! WAR MORALES!!!
I believe a draw is the most fair decision Maidana could get on that fight other than winning...Morales has fought against all odds and has proven the experts wrong...Morales has done enough to frustrate and outpointed Maidana, but I also believe that was a close fight...I also agree with Eric's father that twice his son was robbed, in Diaz and Maidana fight...Even in one Barrera fight, I believe Morales has also won twice against Barrera in their trilogy...

first off, that was a fake title, interim belts aren't even recognised as major belts when a champ is injured. how the **** can anyone claim winning this makes morales or maidana a champ, when khan beat maidana in his last fight, and is defending next week? a bunch of fn nuthugging hysterical idiots boxing fans have turned into, remind me of teeny bopper fans in the late 90s
secondly maidana won. the fact is all the sentimentality obviously clouding people's judgement in the fight in morales' favor is what gives people the nerve to claim such bull****. the diaz fight was a 50-50, this one maidana clearly won if you watch it neutrally.Last edited by Fighting Pride; 04-11-2011, 09:46 PM.Comment

I think they are just being honest. Most fighters react that way most fighters have, Barrera was furious when he lost to Marquez and Marquez was furious when he lost to Pacquiao because they felt they won.. You have to understand what hard work they put in to get a bad decision that way..
It's like when you study for weeks on end for a test you will have and when you get the test you fail... It's a horrible feeling.
