You should cut out this 'jap' dude crap! You have said this more than once in the threads regarding this fight! What era are you living in, WW II?

The guy has a name, it's Nobuhiro Ishida! You should remember it because he may now get more dates due to the huge upset win.

His record is 8 KO's and 6 loses. Ain't like he never KO'd anybody before. Even if his percentage is low. He proved that he does have the ability to score a KO. Kirkland was the perfect example. Didn't know Kirkland's trainer past out in the locker room after and had to be rushed to the hospital. homie must of had a heart attack after watching his fighter getting beat down like that by a fighter that was supposed to be a gift win for Kirkland.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ishido against Canelo. I think he could win that one too.

Under Ann Wolfe. I don't think Kirkland would have went out like that.

Kirkland is a straight up turd. He'll have nerve to ever step in the ring again

as much as i don't like cortez, he did the right thing. once kirkland got caught with that first knockdown, he was just trying to survive that round. it was beautiful, but kirkland did not see that coming. anyways, dude got a wake up call to work on his defense. i wouldn't mind seeing a rematch after a couple of fights, to try and prove himself. cong**** to ishida on the KO, hopefully he gets some big names in the division. good luck to kirkland with the work he has ahead of him, hopefully he teams back up with wolfe or someone who can really work on his flaws....

while I do believe kirkland's defense sucks and he would've just kept on getting knocked down, kirkland deserved a 10 count from cortez and an opportunity to continue.

cortez should've gave kirkland the benefit of the doubt. I mean jmm got knocked down 3 times and they let the fight continue. ****in cortez was wrestling kirkland down for ****'s sake... atleast let dude get the **** up.

If Kirkland becomes underdog because of this, I'll be betting on him in the future.

How come Mayweather Sr wasn't available for interview when Pacquiao KO'd Hatton in the 2nd Rd? He was nowhere to be found!
