I disagree it was a close fight .... Maidana was the aggressor and finished strong but Morales schooled maidana in the early rounds and had the cleaner more effective work. I had morales winning the fight by a round.

what fight was he watching?? I thought if the fight kept going the way it was in the early rounds morales would get sent home early..

Reality was that Erik was not active enough down the stretch. Maidana landed shots with more authority and consistency throughout the night. Morales landed some great flurries and fought in spurts, but over the course of 12 rounds it just wasnt effective enough.
