You two are idiots who possibly did not see the Raheem fight.

Erik Morales received close to zero damage againts Raheem you morons

Yes he lost the fight completely but all he got was a straight right hand right here and another one there from round to round. if anything the most damaging about the fight is running all around he ring chasing Zahir 'Fu_cking' Raheem.

would it have made that nasty first round uppercut that swelled up erik's eye a little bit more brutal though? i would believe so. gloves are made differently for a reason, they compliment different types of boxers with different approach. morales uses his superior technique and timing with his punches while preferring to not being cut up and wounded from an aggressive, hard hitting opponent. why else do you think he demands winning gloves for BOTH fighters? it's to suit his style and comfortability. i believe those grazing punches would've stung just a little bit sweeter had marcos been using what he does best with.

respect for Benny the poster but i think that is not accurate.

Raheem was on bycicle the whole fight. even at the end of the fight Morales was still trying to engage.

That fight is not even remotely close to what Morales gave away againts In Jin Chi.

and you said that fight took everything he had left??????

Then what did Moraless dish out againts Maidana? did he made a deal with the devil for that last performance?

or even the 1st 6 rounds of Pac II? You must be in a hurry while posting.

Pac haters just use excuses all the time and try make a big deal out of the fact Morales lost one fight.
But try not acknowledge all the other great fights Morales won! Should no boxer get credit for beating SRR then, just because he lost to Randolph Turpin and the others?
