And I think you need one of these:

At the same time, as a professional or amateur boxer, you're obligated not to juice. At the end of the day, both parties asked for something that's out of the norm; one agreed, one disagreed.

This same **** has been discussed incessantly for the best part of two years. Who cares anymore, man? It's swings and roundabouts.

You're obligated not to use drugs either, what's your point?

        Are you serious?

Why do you think they instituted drug testing in the first place?

No, its not. Floyd has always weighed 147 or under for his fights at 147. Heck, he even weighed 146 against JMM, still under the weight he and Manny were going to fight at.

I know, what's your point? That Manny is on drugs, yes?

Neither was there one when he made Cotto or Morales agree to.

PRECEDENTS are super-relevant. That's the basis for having PROBABLE CAUSE and can see these happening in all levels of sports, politics and the law.

PRECEDENTS have a weight and bearing on the determination of whether PROBABLE CAUSE can be utilized. Therefore an allegation of Pacquiao being a drug user without due proofs AND PRECEDENTS of him violating any drug usage can be of relevance.

Mayweather's accusations or allegations just came out of the blue...while his background (precedence come into play again) with run-ins with the law, his family and then some also comes into the play when it comes to CREDIBILITY.

But back to the main topic of the 10 million per pound clause...there are PRECEDENTS of Mayweather skirting around the issue of weight with his "fight" against JMM...thus the clause.
