    that argument is ludicrous.
    Just answer the question.

Remember, it was you who brought up "boxing years".

So now, I'm curious as to where you would place the ages of these guys in their "boxing years".

At the time Floyd fought them, they were all at 34 years of age or more.
    Baldomir
    DLH
    Marquez
    Mosley

What is their boxing age at that point?
    Go ahead.

mike had the bigger impact in the sport as the last dominant american hw.

floyd has had a lot more defining wins and would be higher in most people's all time list by the time he retires.

[QUOTE=madsweeney;10330683]All I gotta say is mike stepped in the ring with 4 ATG's (granted he lost to two of them) where as Floyd is still waiting for his first. Its tough because of his losses and short "prime" but I give the edge to Tyson for his pre-prison run.[/QUOTE

Are de la hoya and mosely not all time greats???

Dude go away with the soundbites...I ve never claimed any of those guys were prime when floyd beat them. That's not even my point. The point is those are the best names on mikes resume and they weren't prime. Floyd has prime fighters on his resume and he has the better overall resume. If up wanna get into a discussion of whose fighters are older, knock yourself out. But that doesn't make mikes resume better. And I think most ppl with common sense would agree.

still haven't see a real argument for iron mike here. unfortunately, the conversation has taken an ugly turn to where no one is actually looking at these guys over a whole career. floyd has this based on pretty much any criteria and please stop with the spinks top 30 atg stuff already.

spinks made his bones at CW, he wasn't and isn't on anyones ATG heavy list.

I never claimed or suggested you said these guys,

                Baldomir
                DLH
                Marquez
                Mosley

I'm simply asking you a question based on your comment. Since your claim is that Spinks, at the real time age of 32, was "boxing years" "old",

where do you put the "boxing years" ages of Baldomir, DLH, Marquez, and Mosley?

People can talk about *****s or *******s all they want, but people must understand, the fighter that had the number 1 in denial fans were TYSON, so lets call them MikeTards..

Tyson was overrated, people say Andre Berto only looks so strong is because hes fighting jacklegs, glass jaw fighters, or however u want to put..

Tyson is the exact same way, he fought easy fights, and when he finally did step up to the plate and fight real challenges, he got floored everytime, lol almost..

Buster Douglas put a whooping on Tyson

Evander Holyfield put 2 ass whopping on Tyson, so much the 2nd time that he bit the mans ear off.

Lennox Lewis put a asswhooping to Tyson.

My point is, Tyson fans, just like Mayweather, Pacquiao, and Roy Jones fans, always will have excuses, he was too old, or his trainer had just died, or whatever.

Tyson lost 90% of his big fights
